DO NOT: Words to Avoid

Overly Casual: Slangy, trendy, flippant, careless
Arrogant: Pretentious, snobby, elitist, superior
Sterile: Impersonal, corporate, technical, cold
Doubting: Unsure, hesitant, apologetic
Aggressive: Pushy, salesy, overly promotional
